Plus support from Kate Young and Baksheesh
Moulettes weave folk, pop, prog and classical music to enthralling effect. They have enchanted crowds at Bestival, Cambridge Folk, Latitude, Cropredy and many other prestigious festivals with their charismatic, idiosyncratic performances. They release their third album, 'Constellations' in Spring 2014. It features guest contributions from The Unthanks, Arthur 'God of Hellfire' Brown, Blaine Harrison from Mystery Jets and Herbie Flowers (Lou Reed, David Bowie, Sky).
Moulettes’ entrancing combination of strings and the celestial; wind and weirdness; rhythm and murder has lead to comparisons with the the Unthanks, Tom Waits and Shostakovitch. But, they have a sound and presence all of their own. Enter Moulettes' universe. You won't be disappointed.
